When I called for an appt, one was available in only 2 days. I expressed my concerns about my car and the person ( lady) on the phone in service dept assured me it was ok to drive until my car was serviced. When I arrived , I told them of my concerns. I utilized the valet service. When completed, service went over what was completed. Everything I asked to have done was completed.

Really fast service, got everything that I needed taken care of right away. Cleaned my car for me before I came to pick it up.

Salesman, Patricio, was great. First time I've had a salesman sit down and discuss what we wanted in a car. Then he went out and showed us the car that fit the bill. Bought it without trying any others, which had been our plan. Paperwork filled out without a hitch and the finance guy was polite and courteous as well.

Pretty sure y’all were gonna wait until my warranty expired to finally repair my car. I’m unhappy with my experience and will not recommend Witham to any VW owner. Sorry, but there’s no way you guys didn’t have a part for a 2021 - and it’s quite surprising you were able to get it done so quickly after it stopped working (when y’all said it would be fine)!

We had an appt for oil change and tire rotation for our first maintenance on our 2025 Atlas scheduled for 10 am. We arrived at 9:45 and our car wasn’t taken back for service until 11:45. Service was completed at 12:20. My husband marked the front tire when we initially arrived. The tire rotation was never done, yet detailed on our service statement. We had to take the car back at 1:00 to complete the rotation.
